4 small salad cucumbers
Sabre roasted red pepper hummus
Directions:Cut your small cucumbers in half and scrape out the seeds with a small spoon.
Place 1/4 cup of hummus in a ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and squeeze the hummus into that corner. Fill the cucumbers with the hummus.
If you don’t have a bag you can spread the hummus on with a knife.
