I'm a big fan of eating healthy, but sometimes I just need a little snack. This one is perfect! No sugar, no butter, no flour and it tastes amazing! When I fed them to my husband and kids, they had no idea they were even healthy!
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup of applesauce
2 cups of oats
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients all together until it is well combined. Using a spoon, scoop some batter onto a greased cookie sheet. (or to make it even more healthy, place them on a silicone baking mat and your cookies will never burn on the bottom!)
After you have scooped them on, place them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until they aren't doughy.
Let them cool a little bit before serving. I like them nice and hot!
