Easy Crock Pot Lasagna Recipe

If your dinner time gets busy, like mine, then you must try this Crock Pot Lasagna. You can throw everything in and leave it for 4 hours. Dinner will be ready on time!

1 medium onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
24 oz cottage cheese
1 egg
10 lasagna noodles
2 cups grated mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Combine onion and garlic in skillet and cook until soft. 
Add hamburger and sausage to skillet and brown,
Add spaghetti sauce.
In a bowl combine cottage cheese and egg.
Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom on the crock pot.
 Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. 
Break to fit noodles into slow cooker. 
Top noodles with a portion of the cottage cheese mixture and a portion of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. 
Repeat the layering of sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and cheese until all the ingredients are used.
