Weekly Workout Plan #2




This Week's Workout is going to be a little different because my sister is getting married!!!! Hooray!!!
We stuck with our workout pretty well last week. We might have some early mornings but we will get it done!

HER

Monday: Run 5 Miles
Tuesday: Insanity DVD
Wednesday: Run 4 Miles/ 20 minutes of weights
Thursday: Insanity DVD
Friday: Wedding! Rest
Saturday: Run 7 Miles
Sunday: Rest

HIM

Monday: Run 3 miles/ 20 minutes of weights
Tuesday: Insanity DVD
Wednesday: Run 3 miles/ 20 minutes of weights
Thursday: Insanity DVD
Friday: Wedding! Rest
Saturday: 4 Miles Running
Sunday: Rest
