25 Desserts That Won't Kill Your Diet



Keeping to a diet is hard work. But every once in awhile I deserve a treat! Instead of inhaling a whole pan of cake with buttercream frosting (my weakness) I try and find a dessert that is a little better for me. Just remember... moderation in all things. I try and stick to a dessert that is 100 to 200 calories (or less if possible) Here are some of my favorites!
